"Room keys didn't work in outside door, so had to go around the bldg and thru the lobby. Was given different keys, but they didn't work in outside door either. No TV remote in the room -- the next morning they told us all we had to do was ask. But the remote they gave us didn't work (Zenith remote for Phillips TV). When checking out, they told us we just had to bring it back and they'd give us another one. When I'm tired and finally get to my hotel, I want to be able to enter the bldg, get to my room, find the remote sitting on the TV and relax -- not keep going back and forth to the desk with another problem. Otherwise, the ladies at the desk were all VERY nice and pleasant. But it could have been better -- like a coffeemaker in the room (I'd rather not get all dressed to get coffee; men can just put their pants on, but women need more preparation to go out--even just down to get coffee!)."
